I have never seen a police car generate so much excitement. :) These women dressed in similar dresses were walking as a group around times square cheering and waving the flags that said “Be the woman you want to be!”. I asked one of them what it was all about and she said that it was a promotion for the launch of a new fragrance by Diane von Furstenberg.
